  • review rating 5  This experience was new and interesting. The staff smiled, spoke clearly and politely, and didn't rush through the details of stuff. They make sure you understand what you're doing, not only do that you have the knowledge, but also so you understand the importance of everything involved. Almost immediately after opening, I walked inside, was greeted and provided with the clipboard to fill out. I hadn't even gotten to my address and I was called! So being early, especially first thing in the morning on a Monday, helps out. The testing for the first bit wasn't too long, maybe 20 minutes or so, but largely due to the results of the test needing to develop. Conversation was professional and light, nothing awkward. The same with the second test. Quick, easy, in and out, nothing complicated. All told, entire visit lasted maybe an hour, if even that. To top it all off, these people are doing this non-profit. They're doing it so they can help the community. Your orientation and/or preference doesn't matter. They're here to help you. And yes, it's better to know and be informed, than to live not knowing and possibly hurting someone or yourself. Get tested, be aware, possibly save a life
